About Studio W

I don't build websites. I build systems that sell.

Based in Germany. Operating globally. Built for businesses who need digital products that actually perform.

About

Who's Behind Studio W

I'm William Romero Ramirez — a frontend-focused developer who's been writing code for 5–6 years, starting two years before I ever formalized my training. That early, self-directed start taught me something critical: you don't learn to build real products from tutorials. You learn by shipping.

My stack centers on React, TypeScript, and Tailwind — tools that let me move fast without sacrificing quality. I work with Material UI, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git daily, and I'm expanding into Node.js, Django, Python, and Docker because full-stack control means better products.

I don't lead with credentials because the work speaks louder. What matters is whether your site loads in under 2 seconds, whether the code is maintainable six months from now, and whether it's driving revenue.

Philosophy

Code is a Product Decision

Most developers treat code as separate from strategy — beautiful sites with slow load times, features nobody needs, trendy frameworks over the right ones.

I don't work that way.

Performance isn't optional.

Slow sites lose money. Period. Every 100ms of delay costs conversions — I build with that truth baked in from day one.

Clean code scales.

If you can't maintain it six months from now, it's not done right. Readability is a feature, not a preference.

Design must convert.

Pretty means nothing if it doesn't drive action. Every visual choice is a nudge — intentional or accidental.

UX is strategy.

Every click, every transition, every layout choice should guide users toward your goal. Nothing is neutral.

I'm not here to impress other developers. I'm here to build products that work.

Process

How I Work

Every project is different — but the way I approach them isn't. Here's what working with me actually looks like.

01

Discovery First

You'll see progress regularly. No black box development, no surprises at the end. I share work-in-progress, explain trade-offs, and keep you in the loop.

02

Transparent Process

You'll see progress regularly. No black box development, no surprises at the end. I share work-in-progress, explain trade-offs, and keep you in the loop.

03

Quality Over Speed

I don't cut corners to hit deadlines. Clean architecture, efficient workflows, and smart tooling mean I deliver quickly without sacrificing standards.

You stay informed at every step. No surprises, no guesswork — just results.

Difference

What Makes Studio W Different

A lot of developers can build a site. Not many think about what it needs to do.

01

No Template Shortcuts

Every site I build is custom-coded from scratch. Full control over performance, design, and functionality. No bloated plugins. No platform lock-in.

02

Product-Minded Development

I think like a product owner, not just a developer. I'll push back if something doesn't serve the goal and suggest better approaches. I care about outcomes, not just deliverables.

03

Studio Standards, Solo Efficiency

You get the focus and agility of working with one person, combined with the systems, processes, and quality standards of an agency. Best of both worlds.

04

Technical Depth That Shows

I don't just implement designs. I optimize bundle sizes, refactor for maintainability, set up proper version control, and structure codebases for growth. The details matter.

The code is clean, the process is clear, and the results are measurable.

Studio W — 2025+

Right now, Studio W is me. But the vision is bigger.

I'm building toward a product-focused digital studio that handles full-stack development, backend infrastructure, and end-to-end digital products — not just marketing sites.

The backend expansion isn't a side interest. It's the foundation for more complex projects: SaaS platforms, data-driven apps, API integrations, and custom tools that go beyond brochure sites.

Let's Work Together

If you're looking for a developer who treats your project like a product, not a task — let's talk.

I work with small businesses, startups, and founders who want to move fast, build smart, and compete at a level above their budget.
